Joseph Hesske – Principal Parnter

Joe Hesske serves as the Vice President of Business Operations for ITG Networks. He brings with him 20 years of telecommunications and related technologies experience in business operations, sales & marketing. For the past 18 years, including his time as a founding partner of ITG Networks, Joe has contracted to such companies as – TCI (Tele-Communications Inc.), AT&T Broadband and Comcast Communications. Just prior to ITG, he held the position of Regional General Manager with AT&T Broadband Business Services. With multiple market P&L responsibilities, he managed operations in 6 different states – Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Florida and Colorado. Joe currently lives with his family (wife, son, daughter) in Center Township.

John Spirnak Jr. – Principal Partner

John Spirnak Jr. serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. John brings 19-years of experience to ITG, with over 16 years directly related to technology and telecommunications. Prior to founding ITG Networks, he spent nine years with AT&T Broadband Business Services. At AT&T, John worked in various roles of commercial sales and sales management. In his Senior Account Executive and Regional Sales Manager roles, he managed AT&T’s broadband relationship with 1000+ commercial accounts, including 117 hotels and 18 College and University customers including Pitt University, Carnegie Mellon University, and Duquesne University. John graduated from Penn State University (B.S. Business with Labor & Industrial Relations minor), He lives in Cranberry Township with his wife and two sons.
